Week 2 Weekend trip

So as the adventure continues the two find themselves traveling to some lake in the sky or a sky of lake something like that.  After settling in the two decide to sit by the fire and warm up.

 Once they have warmed up thoroughly they decide to go have some of this "coffee" everyone was talking about. They really enjoyed it with Ansel really liking it. They both were a bit leery after their last beverage fiasco but decided coffee was great.

 Not realizing the side effects of this "coffee" the two found themselves completely wound up and twitching late into the night. They decided to burn off some of the energy playing some board games. Too bad they weren't very good at it and only moved a couple spaces. Eveentually they were worn out and went to bed.

All in all they had a great time at the sky pond or sky lake what ever it is called. They are hoping for a return trip and to maybe lay off the "coffee" 

Week 1 New Years Eve

Meet Ansel and Annie.

They were once banished to collecting dust on my desk. Now they are going to be having adventures every week for your enjoyment and to creatively challenge me.

This is Ansel and he tends to be a little reckless

This is Annie and she is the cautious one but can sometimes have a wild side.

Well it was New Years Eve 2012 and Ansel and Annie finally making it off the desk decided to see what this bubbly liquid everyone was enjoying was. They decided to only have a little since they were unsure of its effect on their rather small dinosaur bodies.

Well as with most the two ended up really enjoying this strange liquid, and like most who over do it woke up unsure of what happened and where they were.

Introduction

         Well it is the start of a new year and many people are trying new things and resolving to do new things. Myself this year I decided to try a 52 week photo project. That would have been easy enough but I added a theme. It will be following the adventures of two toy dinosaurs named Ansel and Annie. (anyone get the references?, hope so" These will be a series of weekly comic style posts and pictures. The two will have wacky adventures as they navigate the much larger world around them.

       Some background of the two subjects. I received them in packages from www.photojojo.com . They have been sitting on my desk collecting dust until last night (New Years Eve) I decided to start a 52 week project and remembered I had the two of them laying around.

        My back story is as follows, I am a Special Education teacher by formal training and a self taught photographer. I have enjoyed photography as a hobby and like the creative challenges it brings. I have a wonderful Wife and a toddler son who will most likely be in some of these adventures. I am situated in Upstate NY and I will try and add some of the local flavor to these weekly posts.
